Practice Manager

Maddy is a dedicated Practice Manager with a background in shelter medicine, having entered the field in 2019. Driven by a passion for helping those who cannot speak for themselves, Maddy thrives in environments where she can make a difference. Outside of work, she enjoys diving into new books, watching action movies—especially those featuring her favorite star, Arnold Schwarzenegger—and balancing her love for travel with her appreciation for cozy home time. Maddy shares her life with both cats and dogs, who rule her household and bring her joy every day.

Operations Supervisor

Meet Nia, our Operations Supervisor at Pethealth UrgentCare. With 9 years of experience in the veterinary industry, Nia brings passion, expertise, and a special love for mutts to everything she does. Her dedication to providing exceptional care for pets and their families has made her an essential part of our team. Outside of work, Nia enjoys working on cars and motorcycles—she even owns one and loves taking it for a spin!
 

Nia’s leadership shines in fast-paced environments, having honed her skills in both shelter medicine and emergency care. Whether she’s catching waves in Puerto Rico (sometimes bringing home a new furry friend!) or helping ensure the highest standards of patient care at PetHealth, Nia is all about making a difference.

Veterinary Assistant

Brendan is a veterinary assistant with over two years of experience, having graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. Passionate about animal care, he shares his home with his six cats and has a particular fondness for any black and white cat. Outside of his professional life, Brendan enjoys building LEGO sets and cheering on his favorite hockey and baseball teams.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Elyse is one of our talented Licensed Veterinary Technicians at Pethealth UrgentCare, bringing 9 years of experience to the team. From shelters to emergency rooms and general practice, she has seen it all and is dedicated to ensuring every pet receives the love and care they deserve. Her favorite breed is the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and she’s passionate about making every visit a positive experience for your furry friends. A fun fact about Elyse is that she shows horses across the east coast! When she’s not caring for pets or showcasing her equine friends, you can be sure she’s giving her all to make sure every animal feels at home.

Client Service Representative

Meet Meghan, one of our dedicated Client Service Representatives at PetHealth UrgentCare! Meghan is a passionate dog lover and dedicated foster parent who takes great joy in providing a safe haven for dogs in need, with a special place in her heart for pitbulls. When she's not caring for her furry friends, Meghan enjoys indulging in her love for shopping, especially when it comes to purses and bags. She is also a devoted volunteer, giving back to her community through various meaningful causes.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Meet Mackana, a dedicated licensed veterinary technician with 5 years of experience in the veterinary industry! Her favorite breeds are any hound breeds, with Salukis and Otterhounds holding a special place in her heart. Fun facts about Mackana: she loves playing roller derby and initially planned to study Paleontology in college. Whether she's gliding on wheels or caring for her furry clients, her heart is always with the animals! She looks forward to meeting many new Pethealth clients and their furry family members!

Veterinary Assistant

Shannon is a veterinary assistant at Pethealth UrgentCare with over 11 years of experience in the veterinary field. She has a particular love for German Shepherds, but her passion for animals doesn’t stop there. Despite being allergic to cats, Shannon’s love for them is so strong that she owns two! Her dedication to caring for all animals, regardless of her own challenges, makes her an invaluable member of our team.

Veterinary Assistant

Amari is a dedicated veterinary assistant at Pethealth UrgentCare with 4 years of experience. Amari has a special fondness for large and anxious dogs, appreciating their fierce love and energy. She understands that the extra effort to focus on these misunderstood dogs is truly worth it. In her free time, Amari enjoys rebuilding and repairing things, whether it's woodworking, vehicle repairs, or household items. She looks forward to meeting every client and patient that walks through the doors of Pethealth and making sure they feel better. 

Veterinary Assistant

Olivia is a dedicated Veterinary Assistant at PetHealth UrgentCare with 7 years of experience in the field. Her favorite breed is the American Staffordshire Terrier, and she’s passionate about giving every pet the best life possible by making them feel loved and secure. A fun fact about Olivia is that she’s the proud owner of a tarantula! She also completed a large animal externship in the stunning Rocky Mountains. Olivia’s diverse experience and enthusiasm for animal care make her a wonderful part of our team, committed to ensuring every pet gets the care and attention they deserve!

Client Service Representative

Meet Tania, one of our dedicated Client Service Representatives at Pethealth UrgentCare! With 6 years of experience in the veterinary field, Tania’s love for animals shines through, especially when it comes to Havanese mixes and Golden Retrievers. Outside of her full-time role, she also fosters neonate bottle babies, caring for them until they’re ready for adoption at a local shelter. Her passion for animals drives her dream of becoming a certified veterinary technician, and we’re excited to support her every step of the way!

Saul is a dedicated Veterinary Assistant at Pet Health Urgent Care, where he provides compassionate care and support to animals and their families. With a strong background in animal health/shelter! Outside of work, Saul enjoys pet sitting and ensuring top notch care while parents are away, volunteering at animal shelters, participating in animal community events, and doing school work to become a licensed veterinary technician. Saul is dedicated to the mission of providing excellent veterinary care and ensuring that every pet leaves the clinic feeling loved and well-cared for.
